Intensive mindfulness-based facilitation (un)training, we co-create an incubation space with a focus on racial inquiry, equity, and healing. Centering the experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, we embody a Healing Justice Framework through experiential learning.
You become a Healing Arts Institute cohort member if you are concerned about how to lead with an embodied understanding of facilitating inclusiveness, with a practice of self-reflective accountability.
For frontline workers and leaders in community or any field, especially health care, mental health, education, DEI, wellness, and human services. Directed at those responding to the well-being of people in your organization/community.
Previous cohort members include medical professionals, educators, yoga teachers, students, community leaders, and more.
You understand that to make outward change, your work must start within.
Multi-modality facilitation skills; learn to hold space for others & be held
Practice in collective to counter impacts of oppression
Explore your own identities in a safe incubation space
Develop your own mindfulness-based approach to a current workplace/community growth challenge
Examine embodied racial healing; decolonize body-mind-spirit
