Intensive mindfulness-based facilitation (un)training, we co-create an incubation space with a focus on inquiry, self-belonging, equity, and healing. Centering the experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, we embody a Healing Justice Framework through experiential learning.
You become a Healing Arts Institute cohort member if you are concerned about how to lead with an embodied understanding of facilitating inclusiveness, with a practice of self-reflective accountability.
For frontline workers and leaders in community or any field, especially health care, mental health, education, DEI, wellness, and human services. Directed at those responding to the well-being of people in your organization/community.
Previous cohort members include medical professionals, educators, yoga teachers, students, community leaders, and more.
To make outward change, your work must start within. You are committed to unlearning to learn.
Learn multi-modality facilitation skills
Learn how to hold space
Learn how to facilitate conversations around sensitive issues, including racial equity
Practice in collective to counter impacts of oppression
Explore your own identities in a safe incubation space
Understand how the body-mind holds and processes racialized trauma and releases healing
