Intensive mindfulness-based facilitation training with a focus on racial inquiry, equity, and healing.  Centering the experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, we invite all who want to engage in this experiential learning.

You become a Healing Arts Institute cohort member if you are concerned about how to lead with an embodied understanding of facilitating inclusiveness, with a practice of self-reflective accountability.


For frontline workers and leaders in community or any field, especially health care, mental health, education, wellness, and human services. Directed at those responding to the well-being of people in your organization/community.

Previous cohort members include medical professionals, educators, yoga teachers, students, community leaders, and more.


You understand that to make outward change, your work must start within.  

You want to gain the following benefits:

  • Develop your own mindfulness-based approach to  a current workplace/community  growth challenge

24 hours: 

> 3-hour sessions live online

> guest lectures/experiences

Dates: Scheduled with participants / Cohort 5A Saturdays Oct 31-Dec 19, 9am-12pm.  Cohort 5B Sundays, Dec-February
