About the Event
Join us for weekly yoga class to anchor your weeks on Mondays & Fridays, from 5:15-6:30pm ET.
Come a bit early (at 5:15) to check in, and physical practice from 5:30-6:30pm. Come as you are, drop in weekly when you can, and donate as you are able (no pressure).
Yoga in all of its aspects teaches how to manipulate our own energy and experience our innate sovereignty. In a world that emphasizes taking care of ourselves in a strictly material sense (having), yoga is instrumental in supporting us to guide ourselves to take care so that we can *be* as we want to in the world (being).
